CTAM StreamSafely Summer Camp Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Overview: CTAM provides parents with safe resources and information for streaming entertainment media online through CTAM’s Summer Camp content available on the StreamSafely.com site and offers parents the opportunity to enter a drawing for one (1) Custom Activity Kit and one (1) grand prize portable projector and 84 inch screen. 
2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of the United States of America, eighteen (18) years old or older (or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, where different), and are physically located in the US [or their jurisdiction of residence]. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, or of any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize or other suppliers (“Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members of each and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Immediate family members include spouse, parent, child, sibling, including stepparents, children, siblings, half siblings, and all their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. 
3. Agreement to Rules and Indemnity: Each person who submits or attempts to submit an Entry in the Sweepstakes is considered an Entrant and by participating in the Sweepstakes agrees to comply with and abide by these CTAM StreamSafely Summer Camp Sweepstakes Official Rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of the Sponsor, and represents and warrants that Entrant meets the eligibility requirements. In addition, the Entrant agrees to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the conduct of Sweepstakes and to indemnify the Released Parties for the Entrant’s conduct in connection with the Sweepstakes.  
4. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 23, 2025, and ends at11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2025.  ET means the time in New York, New York, USA on the date in New York, New York USA in question.  Sponsor’s computer systems will be the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes. 
5. How to Enter: Participants who earn one or more StreamSafely Summer Camp merit badges and post each badge to their social media account using hashtag #StreamSafelyCamp will be automatically entered for a chance to win a weekly prize and grand prize.  Alternatively, participants can navigate to [https://streamsafely.com/] and click on the link marked [https://streamsafely.com/Summer-Camp-Sweepstakes/] and completely and accurately fill out the online entry form with your true first and last name, physical and email address and other requested information.  LIMIT ONE WEEKLY ENTRY PER ENTRANT.  SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCOMPLETE OR INACCURATE INFORMATION, WHICH MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.   
6. Prizes and Prize Values: Eleven (11) Prizes will be awarded.  Ten (10) Weekly Prizes will be awarded on a schedule of one (1) per week for ten (10) weeks and shall consist of one (1) Custom Activity Kit gift box set for kids consisting of activity items and personalized with the top 3 things chosen by the winner that their child is most interested in (such as dinosaurs, Paw Patrol, princesses, science, trucks, etc.). Approximate Retail Value of each weekly prize is $38.00 USD.  One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded and shall consist of a portable indoor-outdoor projector and 84 inch screen. Approximate Retail Value of the grand prize is $85.00 USD. Prize will be fulfilled via mail delivery. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute for a Prize an item of equivalent or greater value if the Prize specified is unavailable for any reason. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor’s discretion. Each Prize is non-transferable. Substitution of a Prize or transfer/assignment of a Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of a Prize by a Winner is not permitted. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.   
7. Winner Selection, Odds and Notification/Announcement: On or about June 30, 2025, Sponsor will select one (1) Entry each week at random from among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period through August 31, 2025.  On or about September 1, 2025, Sponsor will select one (1) Entry at random from among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period to receive the grand prize award. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. Each selected Entrant will be notified as soon as reasonably possible at the email address provided in their Sweepstakes Entry. Entrants are responsible for assuring that their email address is correct and current and Sponsor has no responsibility if the winner notification email is not received by a selected Entrant. Each selected Entrant must respond to Sponsor’s winner notification email and comply with all requirements contained in it within 72 hours of its sending. If any selected Entrant cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return all documentation within the required time (if applicable), is found to be ineligible or is non-compliant with the Official Rules for any reason, a substitute Entrant will be selected in the same manner and must comply with the same requirements as outlined above. Upon responding to the email and complying with all requirements in the timeframes stated, the selected Entrant or substitute selected Entrant will be declared a Winner.  Selected Entrants may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release, tax acknowledgement or provide other proof of identity and eligibility to satisfaction of Sponsor. Winners may be announced via Sponsor social media accounts. 
8. Rights Granted by the Entrant: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant understands and agrees that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, their name, portrait, picture, video, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent, and grants herein any and all such license and consent and to execute any document as Sponsor may reasonably believe is necessary to effectuate same.  
9. General Provisions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or due to requirements of any platform(s) through which Entries are received. In such case, the Sponsor may select Winner(s) from eligible, non-suspect Entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor, if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Official Rules. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void Entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: failure to comply with these Officials Rules; multiple accounts created by the same Entrant from different IP or email addresses for purposes of exceeding the number of Entries allowed; Entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes Official Rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering or tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to alter these Official Rules during the Sweepstakes, including without limitation to improve the functioning of the Sweepstakes and to increase participation, provided that no changes will be made contrary to governing law.  If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such provision will be deemed to be modified or restricted to the extent and in the manner necessary to render the same valid and enforceable and these Official Rules will be construed and enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law as if such provision had been originally incorporated herein as so modified or restricted, or as if such provision had not been originally incorporated herein, as the case may be.  The Sponsor makes no warranties or representations concerning the goods and/or services of any third party. In the event of any dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, the natural person to whom the email address used to Enter, by the Internet Service Provider who has assigned the email address, shall be deemed the Entrant and must comply with all the requirements of these Official Rules and the winner notification email or be disqualified as set forth herein. 
10. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities shall have no, and by participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and any of their representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (the “Released Parties”) for and from, any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, submission of an Entry, the content of the Entry, and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries or announcement of Winners; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware,  software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, Internet service or website, app or platform; (vi) printing errors; or (viii) lost, late, misdirected or garbled electronic communications or mail or postage or undeliverable mail. 
11. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF MARYLAND, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN THE PARTIES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY,  WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, EXCLUSIVELY BEFORE A COURT LOCATED IN PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, MARYLAND HAVING JURISDICTION. FURTHER, IN ANY SUCH DISPUTE, ENTRANT AGREES THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO ANY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (I.E. COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES). ENTRANT FURTHER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED IN ANY WAY.
